The table below is based on David Unruh's (1983) typology of member's degree of involvement in and commitment to a voluntary (vague) community. We call these types community roles.
Since LARP usually requires much more (and also non-digital) personal involvement than an online game participation, LARP serves in the table as an example of "offline" games.
